🔥 Intermittent Fasting for Fat Loss🔥 ⠀⠀ 🤔 Can you imagine a meal timing strategy where you DO NOT eat for 16-18 hours of the day?! ⠀⠀ 😈 It sounds scary, doesn’t it???
